Let your inspiration awaken and find your way to express your creative voice. In this practice oriented workshop you can explore an area of black & white photography which interests you or in which you would like to deepen your knowledge and practice.

Learn ways of observing and approaching your motifs, experiment with image composition, see how to think in black & white (and grays…), and explore both the benefits and challenges of photographing analog. Discover what interests you when you see and learn to express your individual, unique point of view through your photographic images.

This workshop is also available in person at the Atelier in Berlin.

For this Online Workshop you will need:

  • your analog camera
  • one film (black & white or color). If you need consultation for the choice of film, feel free to ask me. 
  • depending on the chosen Focus – to have your films developed and scanned in between some sessions, so that we can discuss them. Here are some recommended places in Berlin or by mail. 
  • a computer with a camera, a microphone and internet connection
  • Zoom* or an internet browser for Google Meet
  • your curiosity and eagerness for learning

* If you’ve never used Zoom before, let me know and I’ll guide you through it.

Duration & Price

We will decide together on the number of meetings that best fits your needs.
The Price varies according to Focus and duration.
